How long have you been in business? Since 2006

How did you get started? My mom influenced me a great deal growing up, teaching me about herbs and I have been tinkering ever since.

Do you have a specialty product or product line? My handcrafted artisan soaps are what I am most proud of. They are extremely luxurious and it took me years to get a formula that I was finally happy with.

Do you have an unusual product that you are the only one that has it? My Pineapple Passion Body Butter has real pineapple in it....mmmm it's delish if I say so myself.

What is your usual turn around time? Usually between 3-4 days, we make things fresh for our customers. During Christmas a little longer but we like to ship out 3-4 days after the order has been placed.

What are some challenges you face being in Canada? The resources here are virtually non existant. It is very hard for new companies to get noticed and supported in Canada .

What would you say to US customer to help convince them to try your products? Nobody's products are the same, our products are made with care and we don't skimp of ingredients no matter what. We find the most economical shipping. Every order contains free samples.

What are some things you are doing to help keeping going during this tough economy? Recycling boxes, papers. Rolling with the changes. To survive in today's economy you have to be able to change with the times. Change is good.
